Tailored Tidings LLC provides a hyper-personalized daily news digest delivered to your inbox, curating content from publicly available third-party sources based on your selected or provided preferences (e.g., business, technology, lifestyle, entertainment). We use algorithms, which may include artificial intelligence (AI) tools, to select, summarize, or excerpt content tailored to your interests.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, impartiality, or suitability of the curated news, as it originates from external sources. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended as professional, financial, legal, medical, or any other form of advice. You assume all risks associated with relying on the content provided.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental consent if under 18. Subscription requires providing a valid email address and selecting preferences for personalization. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Subscriptions are paid via Stripe, our payment processor, with recurring monthly charges until cancellation. You authorize Stripe to process payments automatically. You may update preferences or cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by contacting us at hello@tailoredtidings.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for any subscription fees, including mid-cycle cancellations, except as required by Tennessee or federal law (e.g., under consumer protection statutes providing for a cooling-off period). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at hello@tailoredtidings.com to submit a request, which we will review in accordance with legal obligations. Pricing and billing details are available on our website and may change with at least 30 days' notice via email.
We may introduce a referral program in the future, allowing subscribers to earn a free month of service for each verified subscriber they refer, subject to program terms provided at launch. Referrals must comply with anti-spam laws, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at our discretion.

The Service and its original content (e.g., digests, designs, text, graphics, summaries, logos) are owned by Tailored Tidings LLC or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material without our prior written consent.
Our Service may include links to, summaries of, or excerpts from third-party websites, articles, or services not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by reliance on third-party content.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information, including for personalization and AI-driven curation. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.
As a Tennessee-based company, we comply with the Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA), effective July 1, 2025. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes related to your subscription, as required by Tennessee or other jurisdictions. We may collect and remit taxes on your behalf, reflected in your billing statement via Stripe.
We may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailored Tidings LLC, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tailored Tidings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, use of the Service, or content you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing hello@tailoredtidings.com.
Arbitration shall be conducted individually, not as a class action. If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental actions, or internet disruptions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email to subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use.

You agree not to use the Service in violation of U.S. export control laws or sanctions, including accessing the Service from embargoed countries or by sanctioned individuals.

We may offer promotional trials or discounts, subject to specific terms provided at the time of offer, including duration and eligibility. Trials may automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations without notice; you may not without our written consent.
Notices: Legal notices must be sent to Tailored Tidings LLC via hello@tailoredtidings.com or to our registered agent's address on file with the Tennessee Secretary of State.
Survival: Provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
